The diaphragm liquid pump design separates the fluid from the motor, and the speed of the speed control motor is 800-3500RPM, which provides working pressure to the urea nozzle.

Antifreeze design, when the pump is turned off, the pressure in the pump will naturally decay (about 15 minutes), the main filter element will not be damaged by freezing, and the urea pump can withstand the volume of expansion of urea liquid after freezing.

The thawing capacity design comes from the coolant after the engine is heated up to circulate in the urea pump to thaw, and the urea liquid in the pump is thawed through the heat conduction characteristics of the metal structure.

It adopts aviation high-strength check valve design to improve the durability in the case of large flow of urea solution, strong anti-pollution ability, not easy to be blocked, stuck.

The independent circuit is used to control the motor design, monitor the injection pressure according to the pressure sensor at the end of the urea nozzle, and control the speed of the urea pump motor to ensure the output pressure, and there is a pressure relief valve to ensure that the pressure in the pipeline does not exceed the standard to ensure the safety of the system.
